Enjoy some “me” time with a massage or reflexology….
Give yourself a ‘pause that refreshes’!
Enjoy is pleased to offer massage and reflexology services! Treat yourself (or someone special in your life) to a 60 minute relaxing massage or a 30 minute restorative reflexology session with Kenyetta Hayes, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
Swedish massage is wonderful for loosening, warming and soothing your muscles. Massage encourages proper blood flow and increases our feeling of well-being and offers relaxation in a quiet, peaceful environment. Your massage will be customized to your specifications.
Reflexology is the application of pressure to specific points and areas on the sole of the feet. Our feet have numerous ‘spots’ that respond to pressure, so when pressure is applied and released, it helps the circulatory system to pump oxygen into tissues and organs, creating improved blood flow. These reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, so pressing them creates real benefits for your health.
60 minute massage $85
